Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill: "a lack of cohesion and vision"

One year after the municipal elections, Patrick Belcourt sharply criticises the running of Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill. The leader of En Avant Moris points to a lack of vision and cohesion within the local administration, and calls for more transparency and accountability — particularly around the town hall’s finances, where he says he has identified “abnormally high spending and delays on certain projects”.
