    Faced with rampant drug trafficking in the Rose-Hill neighbourhoods — Trèfles, Stanley, Camp-Le-Vieux, Plaisance — Patrick Belcourt, leader of En Avant Moris and town councillor, called for a collective response at the latest meeting of the Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill town hall's Welfare & Public Health commission.
